About the Role
As our Senior Medical Billing Associate, you'll be the cornerstone of our revenue cycle management. You'll lead efforts to ensure accurate billing, timely payments, and optimal financial performance while mentoring team members and resolving complex issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full spectrum of medical billing, from insurance verification to claims submission and patient collections
- Lead the charge in resolving complex billing issues and guiding team members
- Collaborate with therapists and staff to streamline billing processes
- Maintain meticulous records and generate insightful financial reports
- Stay ahead of industry changes and ensure HIPAA compliance
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of proven medical billing experience, preferably in a therapy or healthcare setting
- High school diploma required; associate degree or medical billing certification preferred
- Expert knowledge of insurance procedures, coding, and claims management
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- High attention to detail and commitment to excellence

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
