Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist

Full-time, onsite positions available at our Rockville and Silver Spring locations for professionals with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience. 

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

The Pediatric Development Center (PDC) is excited to welcome four Pediatric Speech Language Pathologists to our expanding team! We’re looking for professionals who are enthusiastic about joining our vibrant community of clients, their families, and our dedicated colleagues. If you’re passionate about a play-based approach to occupational therapy, speech therapy, and feeding therapy, we’d love to have you on board!

Speech-Language Pathologists Should Apply If You Have:

  • Three (3) years or more of experience working with children or adults as a pathologist; must have an active Maryland speech therapy license or the ability to obtain one before starting.
    Those with experience working with adult clients will receive professional development training that can be adapted to working with children.

  • Leadership skills or a strong desire to guide and mentor a team of therapists
    Our professional development programs and team-based approach provide an opportunity for experienced therapists to build teams and grow their leadership skills.

  • Passion for designing and implementing innovative and engaging therapeutic speech treatment plans tailored specifically for pediatric clients. Cherish the involvement of family members in the process, recognizing their crucial role in supporting the child's progress and success.

  • Preferred qualifications include expertise in Orofacial Myofunctional Disorder and proficiency in a second language.
